Stretch Wrap more commonly known as Stretch Film is a stretchable plastic film that is wrapped around cartoons and pallets. The elasticity of the Stretch Film keeps items secure and tightly bound together for packing, transportation and storage. Stretch Film also helps in stabilizing the products by forming a unit load; more efficient in handling of unit loads; protects against dust and moisture and resist tamper and package pilferage.
We manufacture Stretch Film for various applications such as Hand Grade, Machine Grade and highly cost-effective “FlexiPRO” – a low thickness film with the same rigidity. We can also produce the Stretch Film in various sizes and microns ranging from 25 cm to 150 cm and 17 microns to 30 microns respectively and it could weigh up to 50 kg as Jumbo Rolls.
We also offer a wide range of special colors for the Stretch Film with the same quality and rigidity. The idea to use different colored Stretch Film to wrap the pallets – is to easily and quickly identify the shipments.
We can also produce Stretch Film with customer-provided specifications such as gross weight, net weight and the core-related parameters. Our factory is equipped with high-end manufacturing units which can even produce the Coreless Stretch Film. There are other out-of-line Stretch Films such as Extended Core Stretch Film and Bundling Stretch Film – which can be produced according to the customer’s requirements.
